Shipping

Returns

Any print ordered in store or online will come to you as a new print directly from a professional print lab that we work closely with.

Once the order has shipped, we will provide you with the shipment tracking number so you can plan to be available to receive your new artwork.

Due to the size of the artwork packaging, we are not able to ship to any type of P.O. box.

Aluminum prints generally take 5-10 days to be delivered once ordered, while acrylic prints take 5-15 days. These times are dependent on the print lab's workload at the time the print is ordered.

In Store Purchases

Undamaged and resalable merchandise may be returned with a receipt.
Shirts must be as-sold and not have been washed or worn for more than a fitting to return or exchange.

Online Purchases

Print quality is of the utmost importance to us. If you don't believe your print has the same level of fidelity it appeared to have on our website, please contact us immediately with your concerns.

If the print packaging appears damaged when you receive the print, please take photos and/or video of the packaging before you open and inspect the print.

In the rare case that the print is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the print and we will work with you to amend the issue.

Classes

If you sign up and pay for a class but ultimately cannot attend, please request a refund at least 7 days before the scheduled event time.
This advance notice allows us to attempt to fill your spot. Refund requests made less than 7 days prior to the event may not be eligible.
